The personal data collected by Distrito Obrador S.A.S will be processed to manage reservations, registration processes, and identity verification (check-in and check-out), accommodation, provision of hotel, tourism, and complementary services, customer service, billing, collection, portfolio management, consultation and reporting to information operators when applicable, prevention of fraud and identity theft, compliance with legal, regulatory, immigration, contractual, and tax obligations, addressing petitions, complaints, and claims, managing facility security, video surveillance, access control, responding to requirements from administrative, judicial, police, or immigration authorities, and, in general, for the development of the hotel and tourism activity of Distrito Obrador S.A.S.

Likewise, personal data may be processed to prevent, detect, investigate, and report conduct that may constitute illegal or fraudulent activities, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCNNA), sex tourism, child pornography, and any other conduct that may endanger the integrity, security, or rights of guests, visitors, collaborators, or third parties.

Similarly, the data may be used for conducting satisfaction surveys, loyalty programs, sending commercial communications, marketing and advertising activities, promotions, statistical analysis, preparing reports, customer knowledge, evaluation of travel and consumption habits, commercial profiling, improving guest experience, and developing new products, services, or benefits.

When the data subject makes reservations or requests services through the website, digital channels, travel agencies, reservation platforms, or third parties linked to the hotel operation, they authorize the processing of their information for the proper management and execution of said reservations or services.

Likewise, the data subject authorizes Distrito Obrador S.A.S to carry out the national and international transmission and/or transfer of their personal data to linked companies, hotels operated or managed by the Company, commercial allies, tourism providers, reservation platforms, travel agencies, technological providers, cloud storage providers, contractors, processors, and other data controllers who require access to the information for the fulfillment of the informed purposes or of legal or contractual obligations.

These data may be used for registration processes and identity verification (check-in and check-out), facility access control, prevention of fraud and identity theft, asset protection, security of guests, visitors, collaborators, and contractors, handling security incidents, internal investigations, responding to requirements from competent authorities, and other legitimate purposes related to the provision of hotel and tourism services offered by Distrito Obrador S.A.S.

Likewise, Distrito Obrador S.A.S may use video surveillance, monitoring, and access control systems in its facilities for security purposes, protection of people and assets, prevention of illegal conduct, access control, handling security incidents, and compliance with requirements from competent authorities.
